Surat al-Mu’minun verses 1-2
1. Successful are the believers.
In this verse, Allah makes a clear promise that believers will be victorious. The phrase, beginning with the word "Certainly" in the beginning of the Sura, indicates the truth. In addition, the fact that the phrase “Success” at the end of a sentence makes it clear that there is salvation, leaves no room for doubt. In fact, it was to be said, "they will succeed." But to say "they have won" is stronger than to say, "they will certainly win".
After this statement, Allah mentions the qualities of these saved believers:
2. Those who are humble in their prayers.
Humble is a combination of fear and quiet. One of the attributes of the believers who will achieve this triumph is that when they pray, their hearts, their bodies, their movements and their quietness feel the fear and quietness in front of Allah. And this is only for the believers who perform their prayers in the best manner. The believer who has attained that position has one reason to hope for success. Anyone who does not perform salat with humble, who has no fear of Allah in his heart, his body, his movements should think about his position in prayer and he should correct himself.
