As previously reported, Samarkand hosts International Conference on “Imam Abu Mansur Maturidi and teachings of Maturidia: past and present”.
About 70 scholars, Islamic studies, heads of educational institutions and research centers are taking part in this prestigious event.
In particular, pilgrims from the Islamic world, including Sheikh Said Fuda, Sheikh Hamza Bakir and Sheikh Ahmad Damanhuri, accompanying with the head of 'Hilol nashr' Publishing House Ismail Muhammad Sodiq, visited Samarkand.
The guests visited the grave of Imam Bukhari, the sultan of hadith science. After that, they visited Imam Bukhari's International Research Center.
