A Muslim trader should have a good relationship with his colleagues.
This is also one of the most important trade ethics. A Muslim trader always has good relations with other traders. When no merchandise is available, he directs the buyers to the merchants who own the goods. The original trader is happy with the success of his colleagues, and shares their concern together with them. He should be pleased with the profits made to other traders as to him.
One of the most important manners of traders is not to help the tyrant buyer.
The “tyrannical buyer” is the purchaser that buys goods for his unclean and sinful aims. If it is known that a buyer buys something for a dirty and sinful act, the seller who deliberately sells it becomes sinful. A Muslim trader should not do anything that would harm the demos, the nation or the homeland, nor should he help anyone else do this.
One of the most important behaviors of traders is good communication with the customer.
This includes welcoming the buyer with kind words and actions, being cute to them, being generous in dealing the price and well-mannered in demanding the price. A Muslim should always be beautiful and generous. Especially in buying and selling. In such cases, stubbornness and insistence even for the one coin are not rewarding. On the contrary, generosity, openness, and a little reducing the price give the result of Allah's mercy and blessing.
Allah Most High says in Surah al-Baqarah:
“But if he is in hardship, then deferment until a time of ease. But to remit it as charity is better for you, if you only knew.” (Verse 280)
