Shavkat Mirziyoyev became acquainted with the Presidential School in Khiva.

Most modern conditions are created here according to standards of Presidential schools. 144 students (grades 5-10) were selected on a competitive basis for the current academic year. The pedagogical staff of 21 experienced teachers and 9 foreign specialists was formed.

The Head of the state got acquainted with conditions created at school, talked with students.

“We set very big goals. In achieving them, we believe and rely on young people like you. You went through a difficult competition, entered this school and took the first step on a long way. The best of the best are studying here. Convey my gratitude to your parents for raising such smart children. First of all, it is theirs, as well as my happiness, the happiness of the whole nation”, the President said.
