Abu Hurayra radiallahu anhu reported:
The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, asked, "Which of you is fasting today?" Abu Bakr said, "I am." He asked, "Which of you has visited a sick person today? "I have," Abu Bakr stated. Then he asked, "Who has attended a funeral today?" "I have," Abu Bakr said. He asked, "Who has fed a poor person today?" Abu Bakr said, "I have."
Narrated Anas bin MalikThe Prophet may Allah bless him and grant him peace said, quotMake things easy for the people, and do not make it difficult for them, and make them calm with glad tidings and do not repulse them.

It was narrated from Abdullah bin Masud that the Messenger of Allah May Allah bless him and grant him peace said There is no permissible envy except in two cases A man whom Allah has given wealth and caused him to dispose of it in a proper manner, and a man to whom Allah has given wisdom, and he acts in accordance with it and teaches it to others.rdquo

Narrated Anas radiallahu anhuWhenever drought threatened them, `Umar bin AlKhattab, used to ask AlAbbas bin Abdul Muttalib to invoke Allah for rain. He used to say, quotO Allah We used to ask our Prophet to invoke You for rain, and You would bless us with rain, and now we ask his uncle to invoke You for rain. O Allah Bless us with rain.quot And so it would rain.
