Surat al-Hijr of Qur'an Karim states:

‘’There is not a thing but with Us are its stores, and We send it down only in precise measure’’ (verse 21).

In Surat ar-Ra'd:

‘’ With Him, everything is by measure’’ (verses 8).

Indeed, everything in this world is created in its own measure.

In the air, oxygen is 21 percent. Imagine what would happen if oxygen reached 50%. If that were the case, everything that can ignite in the world would burn. All creatures breathe oxygen and produce carbon dioxide. In contrast, plants absorb carbon dioxide and produce oxygen. If this exchange broke, all living things and plants would be ruined.

This means that if there were no oxygen, there would be no creatures, and if there was no carbon dioxide, the plants would not survive.

The heat of the sun falls on the ground at a certain extent. If its heat shrinks by half of its present heat, the whole earth will freeze, or, if it gets warmer, the whole world will burn out. Therefore, the sun's rays fall to the earth in a certain amount. Scientific experiments have shown that plants need a certain amount of light for growth and flowering. To say that the natural phenomena created on the basis of such precise measurements are "spontaneous" is peculiar to the uneducated. It is true that all these calculations were Allah's will.

In the Qur'an:

‘’ We spread the earth, and placed stabilizers in it, and in it We grew all things in proper measure’’ (Surat al-Hijr verses 19).

The word "measured" is a reference to the discoveries made by the scholars in our age.

Scientists in the field of chemistry and biology have found that each plant is made up of a certain number of substances that can be quantified only by the most sensitive measuring devices. These substances are present in different amounts in different plants.
